刘峰,男,1975年生,中国科学院武汉植物园研究员。2007年在美国德州农工大学获得博士学位。2007年~2012年在美国威斯康辛大学从事博士后研究。2012年入选中国科学院“百人计划”支持。主要从事全球变化生态学、景观生态学、生态模拟等领域的研究工作,现正进行景观生态模型模拟全球变化对森林生产力及物种分布的影响的研究。先后在Ecological Monographs和Global Change Biology等国际刊物发表多篇论文。现主持“百人计划”项目及自然科学基金委面上基金项目一项。
